Founder of the reputable Palmyra Developments (known for projects such as South Bay Residences and the currently developing Grand Palmyra), Bavan formed Dreamscape Design & Build in 2020 specifically to meet the demand for managing the design and construction of private homes. As the company director and chief trouble-shooter, Bavan overseas all aspects of design-build projects, handling the financing, contracts, schedules and operations.

An experienced project coordinator, Jonathan has been a trusted colleague of Bavan's for several years, having worked together since the early 2000's, and most recently on Palmyra Developments. Working behind the scenes to oversee the planning, estimates, scheduling, and negotiating, Jonathan is also the main liaison with clients; answering questions and keeping them up to date on how their project is progressing.

Robert has over 25 years’ experience in Interior Design and Architecture, and has worked for high-profile design firms both in Canada and Cayman. Robert works in conjunction with the client, builder, and architect at the concept stage to determine the size, layout, and flow of the home. Robert pays careful attention to all details of the design phase to ensure the end result is functional, comfortable and mistake-free.  

A weekend visit to Cayman in 2020 turned into a complete change of plans for Andrew. Putting thoughts of a career in finance on hold, Andrew has been shadowing the team and learning the ropes of property development in Cayman. The potential to be outdoors on building sites rather than sitting behind a desk every day has proven to be an unexpected bonus of working in construction for Andrew.
